Book Corrections
Hello Cooks!
I have noticed a few small errors in the first printing of the book. Please make these corrections in the book you have.
Week 1, Menu 3 “Easy Baked Chicken” please add 1/2 c. water and cook “covered.” Although the recipe is edible as written, these changes will make it even better.
Week 9, Menu 1 “Beef Roast” put all the ingredients together in the pan and cook. I was so excited to explain how to cook a good roast that I forgot to tell you to add all the ingredients right at the start!
Week 17, Day 5 Chicken Mex Casserole Please add 1 c. of chicken broth to the list of ingredients. Thanks.
I’ll continually update if I find any more errors.
